About

The house was built in the mid 1960s and is still owned by the family of the original owner. Lovingly cared for over the last five decades, it is a welcoming place for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of the south coast in a charming and comfortable abode.

With four bedrooms, six will sleep here comfortably (one double bed and four single beds). There are also two trundle beds and plenty of space on the verandah if you want to roll out a swag: fall asleep to the gentle rhythms of Garden Bay and wake to the golden beams of the rising sun and gentle calls of the neighbourhood kookaburras.

In a addition to a fully-equipped kitchen, the house has two bathrooms, a laundry and a garage. You can dry your towels and togs on the clothesline or any of the rails that skirt the house.

There is also a ramp that aids mobility-impaired guests into the house. At the top of the ramp is a newly-renovated bathroom that is suitable for mobility-impaired guests.

Batemans Bay is only a 15 minute drive and has a range of restaurants, boutiques and vendors that will appeal to discerning guests.
